                                                     Cold Cast Polyurethane Resin For Mould Applications
1. Introduction
It is a double component polyurethane resin including part A and B. A is polyol and B is prepolymer ended capping with isocyanate.
2. Application
It is special for casting concrete moudling. It is a substitution of silicone rubber making mould for “cultural stone”. It also applies to make electrical equipment potting, rubber roller, rubber plates, rubber wheels, shoe models and other wares.
3. Characteristics
It has excellent processing properties, solidification in common temperature, short time of demould, and regulating colors by adding pigment. The ware has good properties of abrasive resistance, waterproof, transparent, good elastic, and stable dimension.

6. Storage
Store both components A and B at 20-25℃. Keep the packing tightly in sealed container. If you can’t us it up at one time, please fill nitrogen gas and then seal it.
7. Shelf life
If stored under the above conditions the rein will have a shelf life of 6 months, from the date of production.
