Wear Resistance Skate Wheel TDI/Polyester Based Polyurethane Prepolymer
Polyurethane is a good match for the wheel since various polyols and polyisocyanates can be used to alter the mechanical, thermal, and chemical properties of the material. As a result, manufacturers may control their hardness (durometer) by altering the chemical component foundation.
A urethane wheel’s abrasion resistance also contributes to its longevity. It also has great traction, allowing you to maneuver the skateboard with ease.
1. Application: It can be used to make rods, caster wheels, rollers, Sealing rings, sieve plates and other polyurethane elastomers.
2. Characteristics: The end products have good abrasion resistance, Water resistance, germ proof, excellent mechanical properties, color regulating by adding pigment.
3. Operating Points: After the performed polymer vacuum degassing in 80～85℃, blending with melted MOCA, vacuum degassing, casting, vulcanization moulding. It is apply to manual or casting machine.
4. Storage: Store in a cool and dry place,If you can’t use it up at a time, filling nitrogen gas and then sealing it. The storage time of original packing is 6 month.
