2. Precautions
Make a small test before use, making sure the ratio , demolding temperature and time are exact
Reference ratio and mold opening time
1> the bottom layer
2-4mm black SBR rubber particles: binder=100:(3.5-3)
2> the surface layer
1-2mm EPDM particles: binder=100:(6-8)
3> Demolding time:
150℃, the bottom layer 20mm, surface layer 5mm, EN160: 6-7mins EN760: 9-11mins
If the temperature decreases, the operating time and mold opening time shall be extended.
PS: in summer EN760 demolding time is 9mins, and 10-11mins in winder.
