Introduction
815 is a heat-vulcanization bonding adhesive designed to securely bond rubber to a variety of metals. It functions as a primer, offering performance comparable to premium products while providing a more competitive price.
Characteristics
  • One coat bonding agent for nitrile rubber (NBR)
  • Primer bonding agent for various metals, plastics and rubbers
  • Excellent adhesion to steel, stainless steel, aluminum, iron, brass, and aluminum alloys
  • Suitable for galvanized products
  • Non-toxic and easy to operate
  • Multiple application methods: dip coating, spraying, brushing, and roller coating
  • Excellent resistance to heat, water, solvent, oil, salt, and corrosion
  • High bonding strength, stability and long durability
  • Excellent adhesion ability under low temperature (can bond materials at 90℃ vulcanization)
