1. Description
Alternative for Dabco BL 11 is made of 70% bis(dimethylaminoethyl) and 30% dipropylene glycol (DPG) by mass, and is mainly used in the production of soft polyether polyurethane foam plastics.
2. Application
Alternative for Dabco BL 11 catalyst is mainly used in the production of soft polyether polyurethane foam plastics, and can also be used for rigid foam for packaging. A-1 has a particularly strong catalytic effect on water, so it can reduce the density of foam. It is used to control the reaction of gas generation for about 80%, and to control the gel reaction for about 20%. The catalyst is highly active and is used in small amounts. By adjusting the amount of this series, the foaming rise and gel time can be controlled. A-1 is used together with an organic tin catalyst to significantly improve the production tolerance of foam plastics, ensuring that unnecessary quality problems will not be caused by careless operation or slight errors in the metering system during production, and producing high-quality soft foam plastics.
