Description

Polytetramethylene etherglycol, also known as polytetrahydrofuran, referred to as PTMEG or PTG, is a linear polyether glycol with hydroxyl groups at both ends of the molecule, which is formed by ring-opening polymerization of tetrahydrofuran.

Application

PTMEG has excellent reactivity and is widely used in elastomer block polymers, showing excellent low-temperature elasticity, microbial resistance and hydrolysis stability, including:
