1. Description
Silicone surfactant AC-1894 is a non-hydrolysable silicone surfactant developed for use in polyester-based
microcellular (integral-skin) formulations. It is a cell-regulating surfactant that provides fine cell structure
and allows for internal cell-opening and thus improves dimensional stability. This makes AC-1894 an
excellent surfactant for low-density (<0.40 g/cc) microcellular foams. AC-1894 can be used in both
water-blown and solvent-blown formulations
