Lucac Silicone AC-5493 an organo-silicon copolymer designed for rigid andelastomeric polyurethane foams.

Main features and advantages:
General purpose stabiliser for rigid polyurethane foam applications. It is designed forresinside addition and has available hydroxyl groups which provide excellent solubility in all polyols.    
Particularly recommended for foam used in application, where high compressive strenght and good fire properties are required. The recommended starting use level for Lucac Silicone AC-5493 is 1.5-2.0 part per hundred of polyol (php) but the optimum amount should be determined by the end user.
Suitable cell stabiliser for elastomeric shoe soles. For this application it also provides excellent compatibility of polyols and chain extenders at amounts between
0.3 and 0.5 php.

Storage and Transportation
It is recommended to store the product in a cool, dry environment; the product needs to be kept tightly sealed to avoid moisture or other impurities will pollute the product; the recommended storage temperature is 10-35C; the product is a non-hazardous chemical and can be transported as general cargo.
