Product Description

Lucac Silicone AC-5493 is an organo-silicon copolymer designed for rigid and elastomeric polyurethane foams.

Main Features and Advantages

General purpose stabiliser for rigid polyurethane foam applications
Designed for resin-side addition with available hydroxyl groups providing excellent solubility in all polyols
Particularly recommended for foam applications requiring high compressive strength and good fire properties
Recommended starting use level: 1.5-2.0 parts per hundred of polyol (php)
Suitable cell stabiliser for elastomeric shoe soles with excellent compatibility of polyols and chain extenders at 0.3-0.5 php

829GB works well. We apply between cured rubber sheet to steel as a strong adhasive..specially to steel roller and lining of tanks to protect steel from different liquid chemicals and other similar use.
