This flame retardant polymeric MDI two-component rigid polyurethane foam system is engineered to meet stringent building insulation fire safety standards while delivering superior thermal insulation performance. Featuring a B1 fire rating per DIN 4102 and Class B classification under EN 13501-1, this halogen-free formulation uses a phosphorus-nitrogen synergistic flame retardant system that achieves self-extinguishing behavior with minimal smoke generation and zero halogen acid gas emissions during combustion.

Packaging & Quality Assurance

Component A (Polymeric MDI Isocyanate) is supplied in nitrogen-blanketed 250kg net steel drums or 1,250kg IBC totes. Component B (Formulated Blend Polyol) is packaged in 250kg steel drums or 1,000kg IBC totes. All packaging meets UN dangerous goods transportation requirements. Each production batch undergoes comprehensive quality control protocol including foam reactivity profiling, core density verification, thermal conductivity measurement, compressive strength testing, fire performance validation, and dimensional stability evaluation.
