Application Instructions

1. Substrate Preparation: Metal surfaces must be cleaned and degreased. Apply primer (such as 815GB) and allow adequate drying time as specified by the primer product guidelines.

2. Mixing: Stir 829GB thoroughly before use to ensure homogeneous dispersion of all components.

3. Application: Apply a uniform coat over the dried primer layer using brush, dip, or spray method.

4. Drying: Allow the cover coat to dry at room temperature until the solvent has fully evaporated. The surface should be tack-free before rubber application.

5. Vulcanization: Apply the rubber compound and proceed with the vulcanization process according to standard processing parameters.

Safety Note: Contains organic solvents. Use in well-ventilated areas. Keep away from heat, sparks, and open flames. Wear appropriate protective equipment including gloves and eye protection. Refer to the Safety Data Sheet (SDS) before use.

829GB works well. We apply between cured rubber sheet to steel as a strong adhasive..specially to steel roller and lining of tanks to protect steel from different liquid chemicals and other similar use.
